During your wellness weekend, you will have the opportunity to enjoy slow flow yoga and pilates classes, eat wonderful, home-made vegetarian food and spend your free time enjoying Tilton House, discovering the South Downs, Charleston House (home to the Bloomsbury Group), having a massage or a private pilates/yoga class, or to simply soak up the surroundings.
Karen has over 20 years of teaching experience and has personally benefitted from practising both pilates and yoga, so she is looking forward to sharing some of those benefits with you during the weekend.
Included in the cost is two nights in twin room accommodation, yoga and pilates classes and all vegetarian meals and drinks. Optional extras are massage treatments and 1:1 pilates or yoga sessions.
