'I have attended Pilates classes given by Karen for over a year. I have attended other’s Pilates classes and the difference I find Karen makes is that on completion of the class my body and I feels supple and exercised. The reason for this I feel is that on the one hand Karen isn’t over-ambitious for the session and you are not doing too much too quickly, and on the other hand she accomplishes enough and makes sure you reap the full benefit of the stretch or movement. For me, this is a fine balance that Karen gets right and what is more the class has a friendly light-hearted air to it. I would have no hesitation in recommending the classes.'
